FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Can Bingo recover my money?+
Bingo can't move money on your behalf, but it can walk you through the steps most likely to result in a refund — chargebacks with your card issuer, ACH disputes with your bank, reversal requests on Zelle/Venmo/CashApp, and formal complaints. Acting quickly matters a lot.
Is Bingo a lawyer?+
No. Bingo is an AI assistant that gives general guidance and practical next steps. For legal advice specific to your situation, contact a licensed attorney.
How accurate is Bingo?+
Bingo is built on a large language model and gives general guidance based on what you share. It can be wrong. Treat its suggestions as a starting point, and verify anything important with your bank, card issuer, or the agencies it points you to.
What should I upload?+
Screenshots of texts, emails, websites, payment confirmations, and any phone numbers or usernames involved. The more context, the better Bingo can help.
Is what I tell Bingo private?+
Your conversation is stored so you can come back to it. Don't paste full account numbers, full SSNs, or passwords. Bingo doesn't need them to help.
Do I need an account?+
No — you can talk to Bingo right away. Account features may come later.
